John Keells Holdings Signs First Ever Technology Transfer Agreement with 4Ever Skin Naturals – The Island
John Keells Research (JKR), the Research & Development and Innovation arm of John Keells Holdings PLC (JKH) signed an agreement with 4Ever Skin Naturals (Pvt) Ltd on March 15, 2022 and entered into its first-ever technology license agreement. Krishan Balendra, Chairman of John Keells Group, and Chandani Bandara, Founder and Chairman of 4ever Skin Naturals (Pvt) Ltd. have signed on behalf of the respective companies.
JKR has a mandate to create commercially viable intellectual property not only for the John Keells Group, but also for Sri Lanka, and Dr. Muditha Senarath-Yapa, Head of JKR, with a team of multidisciplinary scientists, works on all four areas composites, energy storage, biomaterials and mechatronics.

The line of licensed cosmetic products will be launched under 4Ever’s sub-brand, DermaPRO.
